An integrated approach
All projects will follow an integrated approach that puts the person and their skills at the center, valuing diversity as a resource for innovation and development. Particular attention will be dedicated to young people, women and the most vulnerable categories.
The initiatives will be implemented in partnership with local authorities, universities, businesses and third sector organizations, ensuring sustainability and lasting impact on the territory.
